The Green Triangle Plantation Forest Company of Australia Pty Ltd, has a growing future in the Green Triangle Region of eastern Australia.

GPFL was formed in 1997 to grow hardwood (blue gum)  in the region as commercial tree crops for the manufacture of high quality paper.

The GPFL project is a joint venture between three (3) of Japan's leading companies: 

Our goal is to produce a stable supply of wood fibre for the life of the project in an environmentally sound manner.

Our commitments are to sustainable management, all applicable laws, regulations and  Codes of Practice within Australia and to all international agreements that Australia are signatories too.

GPFL is a member of the Plantation Forest Group of Companies establishing a combined resource of at least 200,000 hectares around the Pacific Rim by 2010.         

The experience of the Plantation Forest Group Companies, and the backing of Japan's leading paper manufacturer,  established in 1873, reassures landowners that a GPFL Forest Property Agreement  or Wood Purchase Agreement will provide long-term security.
